Most frequent questions and answers
All hair products are FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.
We ship the package out DHL, FedEx or UPS. The shipping time is around 2-5 working days.
For P.O boxes and APO/FPO address, we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is 10–15 working days.
Please note:
1. For fast shipping, please use a physical address. We CAN ship to any P.O boxes and APO/FPO address by Postal Office.
2. For the transaction protections and to protect cardholders, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
3. Our items will be stamped as “Sample” or “”Gift” to avoid you paying an extra custom fee. The customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. Sorry for any inconvenience. Unfortunately we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Please contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can keep track of your order
1. We are not responsible for return fees.
2. We will charge a 25$ fee for all returns orders.
2. Returns are accepted on products (excluding discounted, clearance items) where the product or packaging has not been used, cut, altered, worn, or damaged(still in the original state). No later than 15 days of the shipping date.
3. Before shipping back any items, please contact us via email as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge.

2. You will be responsible for shipping back the item to us. Once we receive it, if everything is ok, we will ship the exchanged product to you for free.
You will be charged any price difference.
